Order Successful
Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an email confirmation from us. If there are any specific requests regarding your order, please let us know promptly before your item proceeds to the processing stage.
Important: Before making payment, kindly verify your shipping address. An accurate shipping address, contact phone number, and email address are crucial. We cannot be held accountable for reshipment if an incorrect shipping address is provided.
Processing
Processing time: On average, it takes about 3-5 business days for us to prepare your items. Delays might occur during peak shopping seasons.
Every order undergoes rigorous quality checks and is securely packed before shipment. Occasionally, some orders may require 10–15 business days due to stock availability. In such cases, we will inform you via email.
For orders with multiple items, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing duration.
The processing time is separate from shipping time. Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

Back Order Policy
While we endeavour to maintain ample stock for all our products, on the off chance that an item is out of stock, it will be placed on backorder. We will notify you immediately and request your confirmation for the backorder. Options available to you:

Should there be a need to redirect the shipment, any associated costs will be borne by you.
Returns Policy

We will provide you with a return address and instructions. Ensure the product is in its original packaging and is not damaged. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange as per your preference.
